The 1st phase of the project, which will be built in stages on an area of 300,000 square meters, consists of 7 blocks with a total closed area of 48,850 square meters. Within the scope of the project, there are student dormitories, library, language school, administrative units and social areas.
Italian INDEX Topsilent Bitex imported by DKM Construction was used for sound insulation on the walls.
